Torres del Paine Flexible
Dates Offer
Due to high demand it is becoming increasingly difficult
to find accommodation in Torres del Paine at specific lodges for
the exact dates that clients request. What we suggest is to let
us locate the availability in the park first and then you make your
travel arrangements around that.
All you need do is say how many people, how many rooms and what
type of room, and the period you would like to be in the Park eg
between 01 Jan – 28 Feb or 01 Feb – 31 Mar. We will
then try to locate you the rooms, confirm them and get back to you.
You will THEN be able to plan the rest of your travel around your
stay in TDP. For this service we will charge the normal room rates
plus a one-off processing fee of USD50.

Create Your Own
Create Your Own Itinerary - send us details of your
own, thought-out travel plan and we will investigate
availability, prices and feasibility. For this service we will charge
the total, normal cost (hotels, transfers, guides,
rent a car etc) for the entire itinerary that you ask us to finalise
plus a one-off processing fee of USD50.

Send us your start and end dates, how many people you are, describe
what you would like to experience, or think you would like to experience
during your trip, give us an idea of accommodation level you prefer
(budget, mid level, the best) and a maximum budget that you would,
ideally, like to keep within. For this service we will charge the
total, normal cost (hotels, transfers, guides, rent a car etc) for
the entire itinerary that you ask us to finalise plus a one-off
processing fee of USD200

About Us
ExperienceChile.Org specialises in offering personalised travel
services covering Chile and Argentina based upon extensive local
knowledge that we keep up to date. We spend considerable time and
money on regularly visiting hotels and places of interest throughout
the region to ensure that we can offer you the right product.
We are also often able to offer as yet "undiscovered"
hotels and areas - due to our pioneering investigative travel exploration
trips. In fact, many of the now popular destinations and travel
excursions in Chile are a result of our initiative. And, one especially
important point is that this is a company with British management
procedures with a local office in Chile from where we can "keep
en eye" on local suppliers and situations.
Why Use Us?
It is true that today people can find a lot of information about
travel destinations, hotels and travel suppliers over the internet
so why then would anyone need to use our services?
Answer
We can act as your personal travel planner and take away all the
hassle of putting together your own itinerary, sending a hotel a
reservation request, waiting for the reply (that often does not
come) and then having to cancel when you can't get into another
hotel further along your planned itinerary. Above all we will look
out for your best interests as we know the region (the culture)
and we know the dangers. We also have over 17yrs accumulated local
knowledge and that is usually worth a lot to a new visitor to a
country.
